Quality Hotel close to main attractions
Lovely room - reasonable size for London! Fab view of the Eye from the room. Small fridge & microwave in room handy for snacks or saving money as M & S just around the corner at Waterloo Station. Close to Waterloo Railway & Underground. Very friendly & helpful concierge who directed me & advised my destination was quicker to get to by walking than by taxi (he was so right!) Would recommend

Ottimo hotel, consigliata la junior suite per godere del panorama sulla London Eye! Colazione a buffet completa e abbondante. Personale cortese e disponibile. Posizione strategica per un weekend Panna e Fragole a Londra!!!

So much to see!
We were travelling with 1 child and 1 infant and we were well looked after. The staff at the restaurant was great with the kids and looked after our every need. They even prepared some baked beans for dinner at our daughter’s request, even though it wasn’t on the dinner menu. There was a bit of confusion at the bar/café as to the actual time when food was being served. We were told we were too early while we saw another table get served food. That was a bit dissapointing. The room was too cold and there wasn’t any way to set the temperature. After asking at the reception desk, we were told they would get housekeeping to increase it, but it felt as though nothing had been done. Location was great - walking distance to the London Eye, the County Hall (where the Aquarium and other fun things can be found), then a bit further over the bridge to Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. Keep going a bit further and you get to Buckingham Palace. The Underground was also close, taking us to other places around London. No need to leave a tip at the restaurant either - they add a percentage over the price for that purpose.
