A great value of hotel!
Good Points - Very clean, very modern and very good overall standard of accommodation. Our hotel room was very big and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Hotel is in a very good location - only a 10 minute walk to the Old Town Square, 5 minute walk to Wenceslas Square and 5 minute walk to the river Vltava. Yet it is far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. There is a nice bar area downstairs where you can buy snacks and drinks and also has free internet access. No full English breakfast is offered, however the breakfast available is sufficient enough - cereal, toast, fruit, sausages/bacon, slices of cake and the foreign slabs of ham or cheese that you get! There is also fruit juice and tea/coffe available. Bad Points - We had to constantly request for more tea bags and milk in our room as they don’t replenish them daily. The shower head kept turning to the side as the fixture holding it didn’t tighten properly. There is only one pillow per bed, and when we requested an extra pillow they bluntly just said ’no’ and that was it. The room also got extremely hot at night. However, I feel these are only minor points. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to go to Prague to visit the city and doesn’t care about having a top of the range hotel, but just wants a decent, good value for money base to rest their head!
