Not five stars, but good hotel
The hotel is very nice. It is located in the center of Moscow (Tverskaya Street), the location is superior. The common areas and restaurants are clean and very well maintained. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, service is great. Rooms are OK, rather small (I stayed in a room with 2 twin beds whereas US standard would likely be 2 queens). My windows were looking into the backyard, so not too much of a view. Restaurants are very expensive, i.e. a cup of coffee would be $8-10 (which is on par with Marriott-Tverskaya), but food is excellent. Negatives: rooms have tobacco smell too much even for a smoker. Overall: would stay there again

Anglais parle par l’ensemble du personnel, Accueil poli Bar/Cafe dans l’Hotel ouvert tard Journeaux en Anglais a disposition Chaines francaises a la television Service discret Le personnel n’est pas en attente d’un pourboire a chaque fois qu’il fait quelque chose pour vous (ce qui est bien agreable) Lit King Size Juste en face : super cafe Starbuck ou prendre un cafe latte avec une part de "carrot cake" ou Muffin. seul Bemol : isolation accoustique 5/10 (bruits d’eau, plafond ..)

Well priced hotel for Moscow
A good place to stay, some nice touches that you expect from a 5-star hotel but dont always get these days including - free internet, two free water bottles each day, before bed chocolates, etc. Not quite in the centre, but only a couple of metro stops away.
