aged hotel and bad service
1, difficult for the taxi to get in 2, during my 2 days stay, they don’t come for room cleaning 3, the hotel facilities are really aged 4, they keep the change as tips without asking

Not impressed
For a few bucks more a night I would’ve went to the Conrad next door. Hilton WTC did not even have computers/printer to use nor did they tell me to go next door to the Conrad. I booked a tour through them to see the Pyramids. Nice time to see them in end of Feb - not too hot, 75 above. Good tour of Pyramids but the guide also brought me to three other shops - not on tour - to meet spend money on their items, of which I didn’t care to plus there was no stop for a lunch, tour lasted 8am to 4pm. I also would’ve ordered the breakfast buffet as I did NOT like walking around in Cairo, no street signs - you have to dodge cars. I ended up ordering room service at least 3 or 4 times.

Good place to stay
Rooms were huge, nice balcony. Didn’t use the kitchen as we had good breakfast at the hotel, ate lunch out and great restaurant across the road for tea. An easy stroll into town along the river. Staff very helpful. Would stay here again.
