not impressed
during the few years, at our trips to miami we had chosen the Colonnade and where very happy with service, accessibility etc.. but our last stay is making us never want to go back.... we stayed at the hotel for 1 night, less than 24hrs, and they where charging us for 48hrs use of internet in the room (this day and age should be included in room fare, but that is not the issue) the man at front desk was Very rude, when i asked for his name to fill out a complaint he refused to give it to us, and was not wearing the badge with his name (like he is supposed to) we asked to speak to the manager and he also refused to call him. and to top it off... after waiting for 1 hr to get our bags from the bellboys, we decided to carry them down ourselves, and found that they were all gathered at the entrance chatting and did not bother to do their jobs. so, after all this, i could say , this hotel clearly has managing issues!!!!!

Undeniably a good hotel
Unfortunately, the escalator leading from street level to the reception was out of service. During the night the firm alarm of the hotel woke us up, only to announce a couple of minutes later that it was only a false alarm. The staff at the reception were rather helpful and friendly.

Need to improve services
The dont have any busnisses center to the guest, and they need to improve the amenities in the bathrooms. They also need a better reception in the main entrance.
