There was an indoor pool and hot tub, which is why we booked here. The restaurant and bar were nice. The room was clean and the staff helpful. The only thing I wish had been different was that the pool room smelled weird and not in a good way. And the hot tub seemed like it was over-chemicaled which hurt my eyes and nose. The pool room was also very plain and kind of ugly with places partially painted on the ceiling, like they'd done repairs but hadn't quite finished. It would have been much better without the bad smell, without the chemically hot tub, and with some kind of art or murals on the walls to make it less sterile and ugly.

EL hotel agradable,

Pros: La piscina
Contras: EL horario del desayuno y que informen el horario.
Que tengan personal que hable español

En tiempo de invierno la piscina cubierta y con calefacción es excelente.
No esta definido el horario del desayuno para el día feriado que supuesta mente es hasta las 9:30 y no hasta las 10 am, llegamos a las 9:35 y el personal no se preocupo por darnos otra alternativa.
Hicimos el pago el día 13 de enero de 2018 con la tarjeta débito por $ 150,67 dolares desde el portal de expedia, cuando hicimos el chek-in solicitaron la tarjeta débito, hicieron un cobro por 25 dolares, al día siguiente otro por 50 dolares y el siguiente día otro por 70 dolares, los tres días hicimos el reclamo en el hotel y nos aseguraron que todo lo retornarían. EL 1/17/2018 en la tarjeta crédito hicieron efectivo un solo cobro de los tres valores anteriores por 152,60 dolares.
El hotel dice que retornara el dinero el 1/22/2018, pero es molesto que esto sucede, a mi parecer es como si el hotel no hubiera recibido el pago que hicimos a expedi, pero a nosotros si nos afecta que el saldo de nuestra tarjeta crédito baje por algo que pagamos en efectivo a través de nuestra tarjeta débito.
Por favor ayuda a que el hotel retorne lo antes posible el dinero ya que sentimos que pagamos dos veces por esta reserva y lo pensamos antes de volver a usar a expedia para nuestros próximos viajes.

Staff members that checked us in was very helpful and friendly. The only issues was that since there was construction happening full breakfast was not provided, and the gym was not open either. Other than that, it was a great stay.
The bedroom sheets were clean and the room did not smell weird at all. The only issue is the design of the door to the toilet/shower area, it was too close to the tub. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay, despite of it being in a very noisy road you could barely hear any road noise.
