EL HOTEL ESTA DESCUIDADO
Publicado el 11 jul. 2013 en HotelsLA VERDAD ES QUE PARECE UN BUEN HOTEL, PERO LA TAPA DEL EXCUSADO ESTABA ROTA, LAS ALFOMBRAS DEL HOTEL SE VEÍAN VIEJAS Y SUCIAS, NO ME PUDE CONECTAR A INTERNET, Y MI HIJA ENCONTRÓ RESTOS DE COMIDA EN LOS SILLONES. VISITÉ LA SALA COMUN DE JUEGOS Y ESTABA SUCIA Y NO DABAN GANAS DE QUEDARSE. DESPUÉS DE ESO NO NOS QUEDARON GANAS DE VISITAR NINGUNA DE LAS OTRAS INSTALACIONES. YO CREO QUE LA RELACIÓN ENTRE PRECIO Y CALIDAD NO ES JUSTA

I made confirmed reservations at this property 2 months ago for a suite (king bed, pull out sofa, and larger room) Upon arrival I was informed that there were only 2 such rooms and both of them had been given to other guests. No apology. They just kept repeating too bad, we don't have that room. I suggested they provide me with 2 smaller adjoining rooms for the same price. The desk agent made a call to the manager who agreed that would be a good solution. So, a very negative situation resolved in a positive manner. The hotel itself is very run-down and in disrepair. Our room was clean and comfortable, but the wallpaper was peeling off the wall and there was mold. I come here every year to watch a dog show, and I noticed that many of the exhibitors were now staying elsewhere. The restaurant on the premises is surprisingly good for lunch and the staff is great!

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean however needs updates. the refrigerator was not in the room. Hallway carpet is stained and does not smell too good but our room smelled fine. Shower was good and place was quiet when we were there on Back Friday. Convenient location to the colonial village and visitors ctr. Also convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants. Price was good.
