I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu in Udaipur, and unfortunately, my experience was far from the luxury promised. The hotel’s overall appearance was decaying and neglected, with dirty floors and dated decor. The in-room technology, including phones and key cards, was antiquated to the point of frustration—I had to visit the reception twice just to get my key card working.
While my room boasted a pleasing view, the bathroom was a letdown. It was poorly maintained and emitted a persistent, unpleasant odor. One of the most disappointing aspects was the art. Advertised as elegant and classy, the artwork was merely pixelated prints, lacking any authenticity.
The hotel certainly has potential, but it’s overshadowed by these glaring issues. The attention to detail that one expects from a luxury hotel was sorely missing. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this hotel, and I won’t consider staying here again.
Also, the bathroom was full with flies and it smelled super bad!
