I did not realize that this is an air b&b. The room is tiny and the shower is extremely tiny. You have to get out of the shower to turn around and get back into the shower. The breakfast provided is a bunch of pre packaged croissants and some bread. I wouldn't stay here again. The staff, Stefania is very good though.

Dear guest you do not realize that we are a B&B (not an airbnb that still did not exist when La Voliera started working) and rightly then you judge La Voliera according to the fact that you wanted a hotel. With the online systems existing today it is really very difficult to confuse a hotel with a B&B also because my friend the prices are very very different. And of course you didn't know, even if we warn all our guests before arrival, that breakfast in Rome can only be in single-dose and packaged products because the legislation says so.

Stephanae the best host ever!!

Stephanae was very warm and went the extra mile in providing us with all we needed during our stay and helped us with good info about Rome as well!

L'accoglienza della signora Stefania è unica secondo me, infatti sempre presente e disponibile... Quindi tutto il resto è andato benissimo..

Pas de reception, se qui pose problème Lorsqu'on arrive tard. Ou en cas de demande de renseignement. A l'arrivée il faut payer l'eau et l'électricité. C'est bien la première fois qu'on me demande ca. Le petit dej (compris dans le prix)se fait dans la chambre avec des céréales du pain et de la confiture. Salle de bain et toilettes a partager avec le paliers d'à côté. Les serviettes de bain sont changés 1x dans le sejours
