Todo muy bien buena zona limpio personal que sabía hablar inglés eso ya es ganancia

Ubicación práctica. Habitación olor a cigarrillo.

El hotel estaba bien y es de categoría. Sin embargo yo había pedido una habitación no fumador, y me dieron una habitación que tenía un olor a cigarrillo tan fuerte que casi me intoxico. Además en la habitación de al lado hubo una fiesta con gritos y música a todo volumen que no me dejó dormir.

el personal de frontdesk no habla ingles, muy poco, uno de los días no hicieron la habitación y dijeron q fue nuestra culpa...

Mala experiencia billetes falsos

las instalaciones del hotel estan bien pero tuvimos una mala experiencia con una maquina que tienen ellos dentro del hotel que cambia moneda extrangera a moneda local, nos dio billetes falsos y casi hibamos a parar a la carcel, del personal solo una persona habla ingles, fue mala experiencia para nosotros

Muy buena relación calidad precio

Las habitaciones amplias, limpias y cómodas y situado cerca del metro, en una zona tranquila. Para lo que me costó, esperaba muchos menos servicios, pero repetiré en futuras ocasiones. La piscina, fantástica.

Please don’t choose this hotel, the terrible service, the property very old and the staff was not friendly. When I ask for early check out, I told receptionist already in the morning , then after they change the other staff, they just very rude told me they don’t know ? Never heard? I need to call Expedia customer service. Also 1:30 PM they told me if Expedia not send email to this hotel before 2:00 PM. They will charge my money for one more night , and not return my deposit RMB500(100AUD), that’s not fair ! If this hotel staff work shift 2or 3 times per day, why they not hand over their work? I told different people four times , and make phone call to reservation3 times!the girl very rude! She told me you must call Expedia before 2:00PM, otherwise we can not return your money and will charge your one more night and deposit. Why the receptionist did not told me in the morning, the worst thing is I spend time from morning to afternoon 2:00 PM. Waste time!
