The ladies in the front reception were excellent, very kind and Helpful, the lady that is at the breakfast space was very rude and mad because we got there 5 min before closing the breakfast time, she said that they only pay her until 11am am that she couldn’t give us spoons or helps us anymore. The AC wasn’t working for one night, it was really hot we nearly slept, but the worst part of all was that my makeup bag and glasses disappeared from the room, and no one had an answer.

Please note that the poor service you received at breakfast is not representative of our standards and cannot be tolerated.
