Excelente la habitació de luxe
Publicado el 30 ago. 2010 en HotelClubExcelente la habitació de luxe a la calle con balcon. Grande con living, pequeño desayunador y cocina. Un hotel pequeño y sofisticado en el que uno se siente como si en lugar de un hotel se estuviera en un departamento privado. ´Todo muy bien aunque con algunas críticas: 1) No tienen cuartito de depósito de valijas lo que perjudica a aquellos que quieren hacer "pie" en el hotel" para visitar otras ciudades y volver al hotel. 2) Que cobren el uso de Internet. Es injustificable que en este tipo de categorías, aun se deba pagar (10 libras por día) para tener acceso en la habitación. 3) Que no tengan adaptadores para la corriente ya que en Gran Bretaña el tipo de enchufe es muy especial.
Síntesis: un hotel para recomendar en todo sentido.

Great price for hotel in this location. Housekeeping was very responsive - especially the day I did not go out until after 3pm. Quite old fashioned decor but huge bed - and the room was clean and comfortable.

Very clean, quiet, professionally run little hotel. Steps away from the British Museum. Within walking distance of so many more sites worth seeing. Staff was always courteous and friendly. Would stay here again.

We were put in the “deluxe suite” with kitchenette in the basement of the hotel. The tv did not work, the stairs to get to our room were steep with no handrails and there was no plug to take a bath. The carpet and walls were worn and stained. The kitchenette was a tiny sink and small microwave. Very disappointing!
