You can’t prebook the spa which is a shame, only hope there’s availability on the day. Rooms were comfortable It is a convenient distance from the coach station and the shopping area, but the area is very rough, and didn't always feel safe. It was also very noisy outside at night - lots of people yelling in the streets just outside of the building. Rooms were comfortable"

"The hotel is situated just outside the Mail box and overlooks the canal network in the heart of Birmingham. Excellent location and handy car park. However the room was not well maintained with a cracked pane of glass in the window, grubby corners, badly marked paintwork. Having booked the room online and seen it - I was not advised that the room was in the attic, and that there were 2 flights of stairs to access it. the second one being very steep and narrow.
