Our room was not prepared to received the 3 of us. Sheets, blanket, and pillows were missing for the sofa bed, took 3 phone calls and 2 trips of hotel staff to get some of these, after 1:00am pillows never came and we gave up. Next day morning we discovered towels were incomplete for the 3 of us. Next night, a water leak at 2:00am from the bathroom ceiling kept us awake late allowing hotel staff to repair this Next morning we requested an iron and iron board, we were asked looking in the suite closets, after not finding these we were supplied with the requested items, but later hotel staff knocked at our door asking to get room access to verify iron and board were truly missing. Hotel couldn’t wait for this verification during the cleaning service later that day (not trust) During checkout I asked for the Manager, but was told he was not available, but later same day I would receive a call. Didn’t received.
