Cute, cozy, and comfortable!
Publicado el 31 ago. 2018 en HotelsThe room was so lovely! Not too spacious, but well furnished and clean, and we did not feel uncomfortable in the small space at all. The amenities were great and we lacked for nothing. We super enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended.

This is our second stay at Stoney Rest. This time we selected a room too small for our needs. The double bed was pushed against a wall which made getting in and out of bed difficult. There was only one visible wall outlet and that was over the sink. Not appropriate for electronics and insufficient in number. There was a chest of drawers too big for the room making getting around difficult. Sounds like we had a bad experience. However we would stay again. Charming facility.

Stoney Rest Guest House is great!

Neat and clean
Publicado el 26 jun. 2018 en HotelsVery well kept, neat and clean. One salient unnerving negative was... a large note posted on fridge stated that the common area was under surveillance. Almost too clean that you did not feel like you should be using the common area. Overall was good, but don't expect a welcoming or interactive Innkeeper. Totally self check-in and self-serve breakfast, which I suppose was Ok since I did not read it was a real B&B with a prepared cooked breakfast.

Thank you for your review. Our prices are kept very low due to the self-serve aspect of our inn. We have had problems with guests "grocery shopping" our breakfast items, and taking bags of food home with them, hence the notice in the common area. We reside a minute or two from the inn, and we are usually always available to meet guests or answer questions.
